Please pop in any day of the week between 9am to 4pm and complete an adoption form. If everything looks suitable, we’ll get in touch and arrange for you and your family to meet the dog/s at the centre. ***PLEASE NOTE MEETING THE ANIMAL YOU HAVE CHOOSEN MIGHT NOT HAPPEN ON THE SAME DAY THE ADOPTION FORM IS COMPLETED***

About Dougie...
Dougie has been handed into us due to his behaviour around men. Dougie is a lovely boy but has issues around men so is looking for a new home in a female only household with owners who understand he can be unpredictable with men. We would recommend new owners getting Dougie used to a muzzle to prevent any accidents. Dougie is house trained and crate trained. He walks well on the lead but can sometimes be yappy on the lead towards other dogs, but he will play well in a group of dogs and would probably settle in a home with the right dog. If you think you might be right for Dougie please give us a call for more information. Please be aware we will not home Dougie where there are men living, regularly visiting the home, new owners should have experience with difficult dogs. We don’t know why Dougie is so worried around men but something has obviously happened to him in the past, He has been a delight with all the female staff.
